Overview:
The Aalim Course is a comprehensive Islamic studies programme designed to build a deep understanding of Islamic sciences. Rooted in classical scholarship, the curriculum provides structured learning in Quranic translation and commentary, Islamic jurisprudence, Hadith, Seerah, Islamic history, debate, logic, rhetoric, Arabic grammar and Islamic inheritance laws. Students study the Holy Quran through translation, commentary and principles of Quranic interpretation. Hadith studies focus on understanding, authentication and categorisation of the sayings and actions of the Holy Prophet صلی اللہ علیہ واٰلہ وسلم. The curriculum also teaches the methodology of deriving Islamic legal rulings through the Holy Quran, Hadith, scholarly consensus and analogy. Additional subjects such as Seerah, Islamic history, debate, logic and rhetoric help develop a well-rounded scholarly mindset. Arabic grammar through Sarf and Nahw gives students the tools to access classical Islamic texts, while inheritance and spiritual subjects provide practical and spiritual insight.
